Do you feel called to shed old leaves, roots, and patterns that obscure your true essence? Are you yearning to delve deeper into your inner forest, to unearth the healing that lies within?

Guided by an intersectional feminist approach with a culturally informed, humanistic, attachment lens, I specialize in the tender territories of identity exploration and relational work, specifically supporting LGBTQ+ communities and neurodivergent folx. I help guide teens, young adults, couples, families, and parents who seek to rediscover their relationship with themselves and the forests and worlds around them.

We'll reflect upon the intricate dance between societal, familial, and cultural norms and their profound influence on your well-being -What’s in your roots? What’s in your soil? Let's reshape your relationship with mental health, allowing resilience to flourish, and enhancing communication skills that empower your authentic self. Safety in this space is co-created, a synergy of consensual and open communication, nurturing an environment that fosters secure attachment, growth, and authenticity.

Let’s dig deep into your roots -what are your attachment and relational patterns? Do you, your body, and your brain need different accommodations? How has intergenerational trauma impacted your ancestors, your family’s, and your growth? What are you replicating? What do you want to continue and what do you want to leave behind?

Are you curious to delve into your inner forest to unearth the healing that awaits within you?

Monique is currently providing teletherapy services to all in-state California residents.

Forest Grass

"One day when you wake up, you will find that you have become a forest. You have grown roots and found strength in them that no one thought you had. You have become stronger and more beautiful, full of life giving qualities. You have learned to take all the negativity around you and turn it into oxygen for easy breathing. A host of wild creatures live inside you and you call them stories. A variety of beautiful birds rest inside your mind and you call them memories. You have become an incredible self sustaining thing of epic proportions. And you should be so proud of yourself, of how far you have come from the seeds of who you used to be."
