As we move into a year and half into the COVID pandemic, let’s take a step back and talk about the impact on our mental health and the collective trauma that we’re experiencing. Taking care of yourself takes time, effort, and awareness. We need to care for ourselves so we can better support those around us. Your own well-being is intrinsically tied to the well-being of others and your community.
