Format & Introductions
As a group practice, we are currently seeing clients via a HIPAA compliant video platform for video teletherapy but I also have some spots available for in-person at our office in Fullerton.
Below are the descriptions of each service I provide. All services are provided through Gather & Grow OC.
I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation where I can learn more about what you are needing out of therapy as well as share with you my therapeutic approach.
Psychotherapy Services
I offer 50 minute sessions:

Individual Therapy

Adolescents, teens, and young adults

Relationship Therapy (couples, ethical non-monogamy, friendships, non-traditional relationships)

Highly sensitive persons (HSPs) and empaths
I work from an attachment/emotion-focused approach with an intersectional feminist lens that's rooted in compassion and curiosity.
I specialize in:

Identity exploration, whether that be gender, sexuality, life transitions, career, school, relationships, etc.

Relational work and communication and navigating relationship with yourself and those around you.
Pricing

Full rate: $150/hour

I do not take insurance directly due to the limitations placed on type and duration of treatment. However, for those with PPO plans, I can provide a monthly superbill for potential reimbursement.

I offer spots for a sliding scale system to create accessibility (inspired by Alexis' Cunningfolk's healing activism article). Please inquire to see if spots are still available:

$125-$150/hour are for those who are able to meet their basic needs but have little-to-no expendable income. Paying for these sessions may qualify as a sacrifice but would not create hardship.

$100-$125/hour are for those who struggle to meet basic needs and paying for these sessions would still be a significant hardship.
