Couples & Relationships
-
For partners navigating mixed-neurotype dynamics, LGBTQ+ identities, relational or sexual trauma, or disconnection.
-
Every relationship, including non-traditional relationship structures, have their own ecology -its own rhythms, root systems, and ways of reaching towards the light. When those rhythms fall out of sync, it doesn't mean something is broken. More often it means your relationship is asking for a different kind of tending.
-
Whether you've grown distant, gotten stuck in the same painful loops, or are facing a transition that's shaken your foundation, this is a space to slow down, get curious, and find your way back to each other.
-
What we might explore together:
-
Connection & Communication
How do your different neurotypes, attachment styles, or trauma histories shape the way you reach for or retreat from each other? We'll develop communication practices that honor how each of you actually processes, not just how you're "supposed" to. -
Intimacy & Sensory Needs
Intimacy isn't one-size-fits-all. We'll explore what safety and closeness look like for each of you — emotionally, physically, and sensorially —especially when sexual trauma, sensory sensitivities, or nervous system differences are part of the picture. -
Division of Labor & Executive Functioning
When one partner carries more of the invisible load —mental, emotional, or logistical —resentment builds quietly. We'll look honestly at those imbalances and find approaches that work with your natural strengths. -
Identity & Transitions
Relationships grow and shift as we do. Whether you're navigating a partner's coming out, a gender transition, a neurodivergent awakening, or a major life change —I'll hold space for the full complexity of becoming, together. -
Healing Relational Wounds
Betrayal, rupture, and disconnection leave marks. We'll tend to those wounds with care —building trust and safety slowly, honestly, and on your own terms.

In this space, there's no 'right' way to be in a relationship. Whether you're dealing with intimacy challenges, working through trauma, or seeking to better understand each other's neurotypes, we'll nurture your relationship's growth in ways that feel authentic to both of you. Together, we'll create patterns of relating where consent, boundaries, and mutual understanding flow as naturally as a forest stream.
